SMOKING / VAPING

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in our studio

PERSONAL TREATMENT

As we are concerned with your and your loved one’s safety and the treatments are all about you, we prohibit pets in the salon unless agreed otherwise.

FOOD

To prevent contamination during treatments, no food should be consumed during treatment.

UPFRONT PAYMENT

Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can only be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is not allowed. Failure to show up will be treated as a "no-show," resulting in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations also result in the loss of your deposit. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at 027 958 8889 at least 24 hours before your appointment or email us at lalanailsandbeauty@gmail.com to request changes.

INFECTIONS

The treatment is discontinued if bacterial or viral infections are found. In that case, you will be referred to a general practitioner.

Both when visiting the website (by explicitly accepting the pop-up window) and when making an appointment, you have taken note of our general terms and conditions and you accept them and are bound by the salon rules of Lala Nails and Beauty.

GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is non-refundable; it cannot be replaced when lost and is not redeemable for cash. This gift certificate can be used towards any purchase at our salon.
